The fine print, unmasked

Session Policies & Agreements

Four separate sections — cancellation and rescheduling, payment and refunds, the client agreement and informed consent, and parent/guardian consent for under-18s — all in plain language.

01

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Plans change — brains change faster. Here is exactly what happens when a session needs to move or be cancelled.

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your session and you can move it or receive a full credit toward a future session.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are charged in full, because the time was held for you.
  • If you don't show up and we haven't heard from you within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as completed.
  • Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice, by WhatsApp or email.
  • Each session can be rescheduled once; the new time should fall within 30 days.
  • Arriving late? The session still ends at the scheduled time so the next client isn't affected.
  • Repeated last-minute changes (three or more in a package) may mean we pause and re-plan the schedule together.
  • If I ever need to cancel, you get your choice of a new time or a full refund — no questions.
  • Genuine emergencies (illness, family crisis) are handled with flexibility. Just tell me.

02

Payment & Refund Policy

Simple, upfront, no surprise fees.

  • Sessions and workshops are paid in full before the session begins; your slot is confirmed once payment is received.
  • Packages are paid upfront and remain valid for 3 months from the first session.
  • Prices are in EGP and include everything discussed at booking. No hidden extras.
  • Refunds are available for unused sessions in a package, minus any sessions already delivered.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, and completed sessions, are non-refundable.
  • Workshop places are transferable to another person if you can't attend — just let us know the name in advance.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.

03

Client Agreement & Informed Consent

A separate agreement from the policies above. Booking a session means you have read and consent to the points below.

  • Coaching is not therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment. It does not replace care from a doctor, psychiatrist or licensed therapist.
  • You understand coaching outcomes are not guaranteed; progress depends on your own participation between sessions.
  • Everything you share stays confidential, except where there is a risk of harm to you or others, or where the law requires disclosure.
  • You stay in charge of your own decisions and actions. I bring structure, tools and accountability.
  • Sessions are held online or in person as agreed at booking. Sessions are not recorded — the coach only takes notes.
  • Notes may be kept for continuity of your sessions and are stored securely and privately.
  • Either of us can end the working relationship at any time; unused, paid sessions are refunded.
  • Please join from a quiet space where you can talk openly — it makes an enormous difference.

Client Agreement & Consent Form

For clients aged 18 and over. Complete this once before your first session.

Submitting sends your completed form to ADHD & Beyond on WhatsApp so we have it on record before your first session. You'll get a reference number once it's sent.

Questions about any of this?

Ask before you book — it's always easier than sorting it out later.
