Hey. I'm Jihad.

I was diagnosed in my thirties, after a decade of thinking I was just bad at being a person. ADHD & Beyond is the thing I wish someone had handed me back then — practical, non-clinical, and honest about how messy this can get.

I coach adults and parents. I write about the parts no one else writes about. And I build the worksheets I needed when I was crying in the kitchen at 2am, googling "why can't I just do the thing."
